Lucas' 3rd Birthday

In January, we traveled to McKinney, TX for cousin Lucas' Third birthday party.

We got there and met at a restaurant for dinner.

Back at my sister, Melanie's house, we helped out with birthday preparations.

Well, some of us were really tired :)

Melanie wanted to do a spider man cake for Lucas.

It was an awesome cake but took a long time to get just right.

Ok, so my sister is much different than me even though we are twins :)

I am the type to do as little work as possible before a party.  Where as she is the Martha Stewart type.  I buy decorations.  She makes decorations.  And she is really good at it!

This is all her craftiness just for the cake table!

And her husband, Mario, even helped out by creating this spider man city backdrop.

And mom even helped out by making these awesome letters with comic book paper for a centerpiece !

Lucas loved all that he saw when he woke up the next morning!

The party was held at their home.  And they had a bounce house in their back yard!  So much fun.  My kids LOVED jumping!

Lucas got a bike from Meme and Papa for his birthday, so lastly, we go outside for him to try it out!  So much fun!
